As well as offering a high quality service, we are a social enterprise, committed to getting people back into work. Our experienced team is made up of permanent and seasonal employees. This enables us to provide employment and work based training for local people.
We offer our team the opportunity to train and work towards qualifications throughout their employement with us.
Each year we offer seasonal posts in grounds maintenance to support our core team of skilled operatives. These seasonal posts are specifically targetted towards unemployed people in our local areas. During their time with us they complete a formal qualification such as an NVQ. Some seasonal team members progress to permanent roles with us too. This has meant that the business has expanded from 6 employees to a team of X since 2011.
Our success has been recognised this year as we were shortlisted for the Social Enterprise UK award and CIH Award.
